Frosty Four Miler

I ran the Frosty Four Miler race in Salem this morning with Ellen, running it as a training run. It's the first time I've run a race as a fun run, chatting with other runners and the spectators. In the first mile, I happened to be running in front of a woman who was talking about the Dopey and Goofy Challenges, so I turned around and struck up a conversation. She is indeed doing the Dopey Challenge this year, and is running it in the fun style, hoping to ride Expedition Everest during the Marathon. (Yes, some runners take time out to ride rollercoasters!)

10 days to go... can hardly wait.
