Sunday: 8 (including Pot 'O Gold 4 miler)
Sunday I ran the 4 mile race starting and finishing at Danvers High School. Despite the 3 mile warmup, it still took me until the 4th mile until the joints really started to loosen up. But at least I was able to clock in a sub 8 minute mile.
