Tuesday: 60 min Nordic Trak

Wednesday: 60 min Nordic Track

Friday: 60 min Nordic Track

Saturday: 120 min Nordic Track

Sunday: 60 min Nordic Track + 4

Pulled a calf muscle early last week. The Nordic Track doesn't seem to bother it.  Easy 4 miles on Sunday went OK.
