Tuesday: 60 min elliptical
Wednesday: 60 min elliptical + 4
Friday: 90 min elliptical
Saturday: 60 min elliptical + 6
Sunday: 60 min elliptical + 8
On the 8 mile run on Sunday, I didn't look at my watch. I thought I was running 10+ minute miles, but it turns out I was running faster than I thought, like at the Jingle Bell Half. Maybe there is a lesson here.
